Cancellation and additional conditions

 

Private persons

The following cancellation policy applies to individuals for reservations up to 4 rooms total.
Please note that the day of arrival starts at 00:00.

flexible rate

  • Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation within 2 days of arrival: 100% of the agreed rent for the first night
  • No show: 100% of the agreed total rental price

Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge.

 

Group reservation

The following cancellation conditions apply to group reservations from 4 rooms total. The hotel operates in accordance with the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry. The cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 9.2.2 of the Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry:

In case of cancellation by the guest, the guest shall owe the following amounts:

  • Up to 8 weeks before arrival: the deposit (15% of the agreed net rental price with a minimum of € 35)
  • Up to 7 weeks before stay: 30% of the agreed net rental price
  • Up to 4 weeks before stay: 50% of the agreed net rental price
  • Up to 2 weeks before stay: 75% of the agreed net rental price
  • Up to 1 week before stay: 90% of the agreed net rental price
  • For cancellation within 7 days before stay: 100% of the agreed total, net rental price

To avoid misunderstandings, cancelling the reservation should be done in writing.

Note: If you have taken out cancellation insurance and have a valid cancellation reason, the insurance will reimburse the costs charged by Heavens Hotel.

 

Specials 

The following cancellation conditions, including booking conditions, apply when booking our packages:

  • All packages are based on two people and available at a flexible rate.
  • Packages can be booked based on availability.
  • Prices quoted include VAT and tourist tax per person, per night.

Hotel Heavens Hoorn is a cashless hotel, you can pay by pin or credit card with us. We do not accept cash. If you pay by credit card, the money will be debited immediately at the time of payment.
