Cancellation and additional conditions

The following cancellation policies apply to individuals for reservations of up to 4 rooms in total:
You must make your cancellation at least 24 hours before the arrival date. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 hours.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged. If you do not make use of your reservation without cancelling, the total reservation will be charged.

The following cancellation conditions apply to group reservations of 4 rooms or more. The Hotel Bloemendaal works according to the ANVR travel conditions. The cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 4 and Article 9, paragraph 2 of the ANVR travel conditions:

On cancellation by the guest, the following amounts are owed:

– Up to 8 weeks before the stay: the down payment (15% of the sum with a minimum of € 35,-)
– Up to 7 weeks before arrival: 30%.
– Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50%.
– Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 75%.
– Up to 1 week before arrival: 90%
– In case of cancellation within 7 days of stay: 100% of the total amount.

To avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must be made in writing!
Please note: if you have closed a cancellation insurance and a valid reason for cancellation, then the insurance covers the costs charged by the Hotel Bloemendaal.

The following cancellation conditions, including booking conditions, apply to reservations of our arrangements:

All arrangements are based on two persons and cannot be cancelled.

No booking fee will be charged. Arrangements are subject to availability.
The prices quoted are inclusive of service, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of € 2.35 tourist tax per person, per night.
For stays on Saturdays and Sundays, a weekend surcharge applies to some arrangements.


Deposit:

Please be informed that all our guests leave a deposit for any incidentals. There are two ways of handling the deposit: Guests can either fill in their IBAN on the registration card to cover the if any incidentals in our restaurants or damages made in the room. Or guests can let the hotel tak a pre-authorisation on their card of EUR 100 per night (a credit card pre-authorisation is much like any other charge on a card, expect instead of debiting funds from the cardholder the hotel puts a temporary “hold” on the funds for the duration of the hotel stay.)

Cash money:

Hotel Heavens Hoorn is a cashless hotel, you can pay with pin or with credit card. We do not accept cash. If you pay by credit card the money will be debited at the time of payment.
