What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

What time is breakfast available?

Breakfast is available weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00 and weekends from 08:00 to 11:00.

Is wifi available?

We have a fast and open Wi-Fi network available for all our guests.

Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?

We offer early check-in and late check-out based on our availability. The extra charge is €25.00 for both early check-in and late check-out.

Can I leave my bag with you before check-in time?

We have a luggage room for our hotel guests where you can store your luggage with us and enjoy the rest of your day in Hoorn carefree.

Does the hotel have a lift?

At the front entrance, there is a lift that goes to the second floor. A staircase leads to the third floor.


Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.

Are parking spaces available?

There are public parking spaces nearby in Het Jeudje car park or Het Transferium public car park.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

We are a smoke-free hotel, smoking is not allowed inside. We have a designated smoking area outside in front of the hotel. Smoking inside the hotel will result in a fine of €100.

Are there any age restrictions in the hotel?

The hotel is open to guests of all ages. However, please note that underage hotel guests are expected to be accompanied by an adult. To make a booking or reservation, you must be 18 years or older.

How many guests are allowed to stay in one room?

We can accommodate 1 to 4 adults per hotel room, depending on the room type. Contact us to find the perfect room for you!

What extras are there (packages, event offers, etc.)?

Can I book a day room?

It is possible to book a day room based on availability, please contact us at for more information.

I would like to book a stay for a group of people, how can I book?

You can book with us by sending an e-mail to: and indicating that you want to make a group reservation.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We currently offer both gift vouchers for the Hotel, and for our Restaurant The Saint. The gift vouchers are available through our website, and at the front office of the hotel and the bar of restaurant The Saint.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Are extra beds available?

Our Business Rooms and Suites are spacious enough to accommodate an extra bed in the room. An extra bed can be placed for an additional charge of €35 per room, per night.

Can I control the temperature in my room?

Our hotel rooms each have their own climate controller

Is there an iron and ironing board in the rooms?

All hotel rooms have an ironing board and iron. amenities provided.

Does my room have a safe?

Can I choose between a king-size bed or two twin beds?

If you have a request for a particular bed type, please mention it in your reservation. We will do our utmost to accommodate your preference. Please note that we cannot guarantee

How often will my room be cleaned during my stay?

Your hotel room can be cleaned daily. If you do not wish an interim cleaning you should hang our unique Hotel For Trees door hanger outside your room.

Hotel For Trees is an organisation dedicated to afforestation projects at home and abroad. Once you choose to skip your room cleaning, Hotel For Trees will plant a new tree in return.

Is the bedding hypoallergenic?

All our bedding is hypoallergenic
