RESTAURANT IN THE HOSPITABLE HEART OF HOORN
The Saint Food & Wine is a hospitable spot for people who enjoy life. A place where we create memories, with and for you. The restaurant and bar are on the ground floor of Heavens Hotel, in the monumental Great Church. Characteristic features of the building have been incorporated into the modern, cosy décor. Lots of hidden recesses, arcs and huge windows. Indulge yourself in some culinary delight in these historical surroundings. From a drink at the bar or a coffee on the terrace, to a full-blown lunch or dinner. Our function hall/conference room next to the restaurant can accommodate up to 150 people. Great for parties, network drinks and meetings.
Cooking in the church
The chefs at The Saint restaurant cook French food with a modern twist. Culinary indulgence with a West-Frisian touch. We use largely fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. You can taste the region and the pure flavours of the season. Our kitchen brigade likes to surprise you with stylish dishes on both the lunch and the dinner menus.

Wine lovers enjoy our carefully chosen wine-food combinations. The wines are carefully tasted and chosen from small wineries in France, Spain and Italy. Prefer a beer? Our beers are also handcrafted. Close collaboration with local entrepreneurs ensures fresh ingredients in our seasonal dishes. Grown, harvested, brewed and prepared with respect for nature. And for you. When you feel at ease, enjoy the evening and go home with a satisfied feeling, we have achieved our goal.
